This oil keeper holds up to 1.4L oil.  The removable fine mesh strainer separates bits and pieces from the oil thoroughly. The lid on the grease collector will stop the dust from falling into the oil. The small pour spout design works well to prevent any leakage. The pot body is coated with a non-stick coating for easy cleaning. The stainless steel mesh filter is not recommended to soak and scrub for a long time
